UPDATE (12:00am EST): In case you haven’t seen, websites are live! There are still some issues and updates we are working through (namely latency), but overall, systems are functioning well. Note that file uploads have been temporarily disabled while we do further updates. Enjoy!

UPDATE (12:15pm EST): No significant changes from our last update. Data center is still working on data restoration for us (and hundreds of their other customers), which takes time. Our team has been communicating around the clock with them. Next update: 4pm or sooner.

UPDATE (6:20am EST): The data center team continues to work throughout the morning. Because this is such a massive issue (with hundreds of customers — which we are one of — and TBs of data), it’s taking a long time. They are doing everything they can to restore services ASAP.
