As #WomensHistoryMonth comes to a close, learn about one county program that is using #GuaranteedIncome to help women get the basic support they need to thrive. In Multnomah County, Oregon, Black mothers are receiving basic income thanks to the Multnomah Mothers’ Trust Project.
