We are extremely saddened to learn of the passing of Cllr Imelda Clancy. Basildon Labour Councillor’s thoughts are with her family. Imelda was someone who everyone, no matter their party affiliation, couldn’t help but like. She will be sorely missed by all at @BasildonCouncil.
