CMAC conference meet today! All these kids ran hard on a hilly windy course! Proud of them! Next up: Districts in 2 weeks!
In 80°+ hot sunny weather the athletes ran amazing! A few PRs, and everyone put it all out there and got after it! Winning medals: Coen 12th place Arabelle 3rd place Evelyn 14th Proud of our Spartan runners!
Such a great meet. Gans is always a good course! Kids ran well, very proud of their efforts! Big shout out to teachers, admin, parents, friends, family, and alum that came to cheer! One more regular season race, then conference, and districts! Go Spartans!

2 days to our in town Gans Creek Classic meet! Evelyn and Arabelle have a great motto for cross country: "Run long, run strong, run with pride, with every stride." and they can't wait to see everyone at the meet Saturday! Girls race @ 9 a.m. Boys race @ 10 a.m.
3 days until the Columbia Gans Creek Classic! Noah and Leo's race advice: "The faster you run, the quicker you get done." and they can't wait to see you Saturday! Girls race at 9 a.m. Boys race at 10 a.m.
4 days until the Gans Creek Classic XC race, happening right here in Columbia! Coen says: "My cross-country shoes have more miles than your car." and he can't wait to see you on Saturday! Girls race at 9 a.m. Boys race at 10 a.m.
5 days to our last in town meet @ the Gans Creek Classic! Mason says "Cross Country — It’s not how fast you run, but how long you run fast" and he can't wait to see you at the course Saturday morning!
Great XC meet today @Fulton!A liL rainy, but finally some cooler weather. While we didn't walk away with any medals or PRs,almost every single Spartan ran 1-2 minutes faster on this course than they did last year! That's HUGE! Back in COMO next weekend @Gans, come supprt!

JV race was McDonald special. The three siblings Leo, Arabelle, and Cara all had a spectacular race: Arabelle 23:51 (1.5 min PR) and 3rd place Cara 25:12 (1st 5k ever) and 6th place Leo 32:32 (6 sec faster than he ran in this race last year)
Father Tolton invite had some great performances! Put in the work,see the results! Up first, boys varsity: Coen 18:26(1 min PR) Isaiah 19:54(1st 5k ever) Noah 20:28 (1 min PR) Mason 21:19 (almost 2 min PR) Nate 22:40 (2 min faster than he ran in this race last year)

These 3 guys raced their first varsity 5k's of the season today! 3 for 3 with all of them having awesome races, & 2 for 3 PRs. Noah took 7 seconds off his 5k PR from last year, & Coen took an incredible 54 seconds off his 5k PR!!! These boys are going to have an amazing season!
