I beg to disagree. I was out here on a conference that involved people from different countries during the PNoy administration. I asked a question, was humiliated by the reaction of one member of the panel then, calling the Philippines ‘the sick Asian brother’, inciting laughter.
FACTS: During PNoy, the Philippines became ATTRACTIVE to INVESTORS & global community NOT because of constant FOREIGN TRAVELS, which he did quite frugaly, but instead his GOOD GOVERNANCE reforms & overall macro-economic STABILITY!
