This whole sorry saga has shown the Conservative party for what they truly are. An unruly mob more focused on fighting each other than fixing the country that they have broken. They need to put us all out of our misery and call a general election now.
Desperation has taken on whole new levels for @RishiSunak. Our government that left the EU because of its allegedly unelected officials now appoints David Cameron as unelected #ForeignSecretary. A low point in democracy. Stop dragging this out, just call a #GeneralElectionN0W.

Our electoral system, First Past the Post, robs millions of voters of a voice. It creates 'safe seats' where MPs can safely ignore huge sections of their constituency. And it distorts our democracy. We’re fighting for proportional representation - where every vote counts.

Sunshine and more amazing bands on day 3 of #TGE23, perfect. And my favourites of the final day were @prsnl_trnr from Amsterdam and @WorldWideWelly from #Brighton, great to catch them entertain packed rooms from tiny stages (4 gigs yesterday alone!).
Another fab day at #TGE23, yesterday’s highlights were @larkins from Manchester (very tight energetic performance), @Englishteac_her (refreshing and novel), @Blondshe11 (90s vibe, great debut album) and the fantastic @ThePretendersHQ, Chrissie Hynde as cool as ever. #Brighton
Brighton is buzzing again with #TGE23, my favourite local festival. My highlights on day 1 were @ediebens from Wales (beautiful voice, great performance), @melin_melynband (definitely the most fun band around and lived up to the hype) and @Hauntthewoods (great potential there).
