Beaver Local Schools are currently on a 2 Hour Delay for Thurs Dec. 11th. There are a number of areas in the district which need work. We will keep you posted if we have to change this as roads crews are currently out working in the district and we are hoping those areas improve
Congrats to Owen Hill who became the Beaver Local Boys basketball all time leading scorer. Owen is one of three individuals to score a 1000 points in boys basketball and now sits atop that list. Congratulations Owen on this terrific accomplishment!

Congrats to Coach Lowe who was recognized at the OVAC All Star Match yesterday with the OVAC Ohio Coach of the Year Award. Coach Lowe was also recognized at the Ohio Volleyball Coaches Association State All Star Match with the Ohio Division IV Coaches Achievement Award
Emily Saphore is the October Rotary Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Richard and Tammy Saphore. She is involved in cheerleading, soccer, show choir, student council president, FCA, SADD Club, History Club, and on the media communications team. Congrats Emily!

Beavers fall in the OHSAA State semi final to Columbus Academy by a score of 4-0. The girls had a historical season and took us on a terrific ride as the first girls soccer team in Columbiana County History to make the final four. 1st regional championship! Go Beavers!
Congrats to the Beaver Local Girls Soccer Team on making school history today! The Beavers advance for the first time in school history to the OHSAA state final four with a hard fought 1-0 win over Alexander in the OHSAA regional final. The game will be played Nov 4 7 pm site TBA
