Day 29 of building in public. My new project is almost ready for launch. I’m hoping that I will be able to launch this tonight. Only the final few bits of polish and plugging some keys in here and there. Can’t wait to unveil it properly.
Honestly this illness is getting the best of me. Zero desire to work, constantly tired and feeling sick. I know I should be resting but I set myself a deadline. I WILL PRESS LAUNCH TODAY.

Day 27 of building in public While my iteration cycles are running for QualifyrAI, I’m going to finish off the project I launched tomorrow. It’s moving very quickly, hopefully it can be finished today for a launch on Wednesday. Very very excited with working on something fresh.
Issues are all fixed. A bit of a set back, but that’s life. Time to get cracking on making this a full MVP.
Slightly major issue. I got sloppy with my prompting (a friend was chatting to me) and Claude has misinterpreted. Now I am frantically trying to recover my last commit. A big reminder of how frequently you need to be backing your code up.
I’ve hit a bit of a roadblock with auth, taking far longer to build than I wanted it too.
Like an absolute idiot, I forgot to check the opening hours for my gym. Just walked 30 minutes to find it closed. GREAT. Af least I have an extra hour to spend working on my new site.
A bit of a progress update, frontend is now entirely done (with some minor tweaks to name and copywriting). Time for a quick gym break before I start on the backend!
My PRD has been finished, luckily I already had the idea for a business so it’s just been a matter of fleshing it out. Planning has begun in earnest, hopefully we will be able to get Claude spinning some dev agents up soon!
Today I’m starting from a blank canvas. QualifyrAI is being put on hold, and I’m going to throw myself head first in a small SaaS product that I should be able to complete today. Hoping to build some real momentum from it.
Starting the day with a 69% accuracy, about to trigger my multi-iteration agent cycle (which surprisingly has not been burning through tokens as fast as I expected). Lets see where the accuracy ends the day at.

I’ve just launched a team of 15 agents to create a new V1 of my scoring engine for QualifyrAI, in an hour I should hopefully know whether we have a truly stable version or if another month of tinkering is required.
Does anyone else find that their best product ideas come at the absolute worst times? Like I'm supposed to be focusing on QualifyrAI but my brain keeps throwing out new concepts. How do you decide what to actually commit to vs what to shelve?
