Hiring a #communitymanager for @teachable has been tough. I'm reminded just how young this discipline is. If you want an edge in the hiring pool 1) Be able to name your best campaign & talk KPIs 2) Understand how to support core biz metrics 3) Think engagement beyond forums.
Getting to be a part of @teachable's growth has been not only career-changing (I was a music teacher before!), it's been life changing. I have tremendous affection and gratitude for the team, especially my boss @BethanyCantor whose mentorship has been a game changer. 2/
