You need to deliberately control your inputs. Outputs are unpredictable and will come when they come. But you need to have a firm grip on the inputs, and be absolutely uncompromising on their execution.
If significant gains are made in a short period of time, it will always get people's attention. It doesn't mean it is better or more reliable. It just means that it's faster. It seems to defy reality. And people have lots of questions when things seem to defy reality.
