It’s cool if you’re confident enough to say no to work. But understand that the person on the other side needs to get ALL the work done. When you can do something but choose not to because you “don’t want to” you’re creating the opportunity for someone else to eat your lunch.
One thing about shifting from hiring for a job to hiring human-first and crafting the job to them... it’s such a more thoughtful, feel-good way of working together AND running a business.
The problem with relying on cloud software like @teamwork is that, when it’s down, it’s like you’ve lost use of a major sense. 😡😡😡 it’s not impossible to work, but damn if it makes you rethink things.
