Work on things that are significantly higher EV (expected value). If you work on low EV activities, you are forced to sell more of your time. Higher EV activities, less time is needed for the same payout. The goal is not to maximize the hours spent, but the value of those hours.

As a family man I want to give everything to my family. To make more money, I need to work more But when I work longer, my family complains that I work too much. I want both time and money freedom. What advice do you have for me?
