@bookingcom is absolutely NOT helpful in solving problems ! I am never going to book again with this platform. We booked an apartment for 3 people which had really good reviews. The apartment was super dirty, filthy and even moldy.

Ripped off. Booked a car rental through @bookingcom who were selling @Flizzr car rental. Missed flight so got later flight, couldn’t reach @Flizzr on the phone and then crazy long passport queue at Geneva. Charged £700 surcharge being late to pick up rental. Obscene.

@bookingcom Your AI agent software sucks. I called and asked for a manager and your machine talked in a circle for 3 minutes and wouldn’t transfer me. I called twice and it did it again. It hung up on me again. I will never use your service again.

@HamptonByHilton @bookingcom Don't use either of these to book anything! Zero customer service, no assistance in a refund for a double booking, plus 4 to 5 emails back and forth saying to contact the other. It is a gong show between both organizations and we lost $200! Garbage!

I was very disappointed in my treatment by @bookingcom they did not offer to rehouse me or anything after we paid 2 house notes to stay at a nasty needing paint dorm @SonestaHotels Atlanta Kennesaw try Walmart+ travel @Expedia is very nice too they don’t let ppl get treated bad

Family travel is stressful enough without a hotel cancelling on arrival. I had to scramble to find a room at an alternative hotel, and now, to rub salt in the wound, @bookingcom denied my refund request despite a cancellation letter in hand. Never again. Sticking with @priceline

Beyond disgusted with @bookingcom @BookingHoldings. Checked in to a room we booked on their site and found wet and soiled towels. Disgusting and unsanitary, tried resolving it, and after one night we left. Booking won’t refund money!
