You want success on the field it begins in the offices, the supporting infrastructure. The FOUNDATION, is just as important if not more important than the manager. We can't keep firing coaches expecting something to change overnight. It simply does not work that way.
Tottenham want direction? Ok get a single director of football (Not two) , with a solid vision that matches the play style us fans want to see. Place a coach in charge with the know-how to implement that tactic on the field, and for God Sake back him in the transfer market!
I don't get this Tottenham team anymore. We've no COHERENT strategy , a hodgepodge of mixed matched talent., an injury list that's a mile long every season and a coach that is talented but has no experience with a top side. We've literally become England's Dallas Cowboys.

I've always been a big advocate for two up top. I think it just opens the door for a lot more opportunities on goal. Seemingly makes our attacks much more potent.
