Just realized I never posted this, but I custom built a G scale NP 924, the prototype is preserved and currently running at the Northwest Rail Museum. Shes even had a chance to meet her big sister.

Oregon California and Eastern 110 headed up the 4% on a test run with the new log cars. The cars are now bound for the Sycan shop for lettering.

The G scale Duncan is complete. Very happy with the outcome of this project, everything is scratchbuilt with the exception of the LGB motor block. For those interested, he will be running this Sunday at the Monroe Train show in Washington on the G scale club layout.

Only a few more pieces to actually fab up before everything can get painted.

I need help from anyone that has a small scale slate wagon. Looking for some rough dimensions to build some G scale ones. I know I had some before for the 7.5" gauge one, but I guess I lost them.

More progress on the G scale Duncan. I'm waiting on the laser cut cab parts to arrive, so I'll probably start working on putting the RC deadrail system in him.

Wait, haven't we done all this before. I have, but this time its smaller, its a G scale Duncan this go around. Lots left to go, but I think its becoming recognizable. Id be curious to see how it scales to the large scale duncan, cause I just doubled the scale of the S4 Prop.

I just rolled a new G scale locomotive out of the shop. A custom built 0-8-0 shop swicther. Built off of a modified Bachmann Connie chassis with a custom drive train. Everything else was either 3d printed or heavily kitbashed original parts. Runs like a dream and pulls damn well.

Big things happening for the g scale railroad. Currently building a fully functioning steel drawbridge. Based slightly off the portland steel bridge, with a few custom changes.
