I have booked a room in agoda for my parents at Chidambaram, Tamilnadu, INDIA. Booking ID # 1145902901. The hotel denied to provide room. Also the hotel reception treated ys very badly. My elderly parents at street now. I am not getting any support from Agoda team. @agodaindia
