Another successful loaf. I followed @BootstrapCook 's Leftover Beer Bread recipe. Except that I used milk instead of beer (was out of beer but had plenty of milk) with an extra helping of yeast and a teaspoon of sugar. Quick and unfussy to make, it tastes as delish as it looks!
