Yes that’s spot on Joe. The program I run is fighting phase then a learning phase. 2 fights then a batch of hard sparring then a rest, rinse and repeat. Every phase we push him into deeper waters, no so much in his bouts yet but definitely sparring. I like him sparring top guys
I’ve noticed Adrian tends to have 2 fights in a month or maybe 3 in two months or so and then a few months of sparing, training etc. Just wondering is that intended or just how it’s fell recently.
