Take short breaks frequently.Ur memory retains the information that U study at d beginning n the end better than what U study in the middle.


When memorizing facts and tables, connect the words to absurd images in your head. Your brain likes to have fun, and is very visual.


Change your perspective when it comes to learning. Instead of seeing it as a burden, see it as wealth which no one can steal from you.


Exercise: Long-term exercise has been proven to increase brain power and even create new neurons in the brain.


Space out your studying for a test. Don't try to cram everything in just before the test .


Draw A Picture: Drawing stimulates the right-hemisphere of the brain and inspires creativity. Get out the colored pencils n begin drawing.


Drink Freshly Squeezed Juice: Drinkin fresh pressed vegetable juice revitalizes d brain n provides cells with a refreshin jolt of nutrients.


If you choose to study in a group, only study with others who are serious about the test.
