Customer Service is always the base. No matter how nice the set or how great the storyline, customer service always comes first!
Really impressed by @RoomEscapeArt's hierarchy of needs in escape rooms. Sums up something I've been thinking about for a while, incredibly well - there's no point in writing about story if you don't have good customer service and good gameplay. #eric2019
