I go for a pint & rum on my Saturday dog walk. I always just sit by myself, but to justify it I tell my wife i'm meeting "Jim". Jim doesn't exist & never has. It's my little time to be alone & happy. Bollocks to it, all blokes should try it.
In January I got sectioned. In February, March and April, I stayed in hospital involuntarily. Genuinely thought I’d never be well enough to come home. Turns out, I was wrong - and today I’m celebrating spending the whole of May hospital-free!!! 🎉
