... Been doing it for 2 weeks so far - seeing killer results.
I just started a new regime. I will do 450 pressups Mon, Wed and Fri. On Tues, Thurs and Sat I will do 200 pullups....
I started my workout yesterday after my broken rib. I started light, doing some pressups and situps before bed. Hooha!
@TommyW_90 I do have some PDF's from the workout yeah, but you do it along to the vids so it's hard to do it without the videos.
@cchandlon Well, the thing with speedos is they are light, small and tight fitting; water dynamic. The other option would be nothing at all!

I am massive into body building as you would know if you knew me... But one thing I've never been keen on are the body building man thongs.
My Navy Seal book says that chopping wood is about 1300 calories an hour; one of the most strenuous exercises there is.
Last Night I spent 4 hours chainsawing and then chopping wood with a 6lbs wood splitting axe. Now I am feeling it - And I like it!!!! =D
I work from home; for years I have done something I call 'Toilet tax'. Whenever I go to the toilet, I have to do 10 pullups and ab exercises
For a cardio training I'm doing a cycling challenge this August, cycling 400 miles in 24 hours.... It will be tough with the mountains!
I used to do the Navy Seal workout religiously for years, and I still have that same workout ethos in me today.
