Good news is I added weight or reps today to shouldes and calves. Cannot complete todays session - no endurance.
Weight this morning around 0.5kg down but suspect that is water. Dehydration. #builtafter40
No training today, cold. No need to push through, will take the extra rest. Back tomorrow or Sunday.
Slow progress on deadlift. At this rate it'll be +0.25kg every 6 weeks!
On target for +2kg body weight in 2 months ie 0.25kg per week. Small increases so far in waist measurements. #builtafter40
Have made strength gains in last three session so hopefully last weeks weak deadlift/back day was a one off. #builtafter40
No training this weekend, so two days rest. Chest/tris on Monday!
Body weight has started slowly moving up again (with fluctuations). Diet remains unchanged, seems on point for the moment.
Pretty good session on shoulders and calves yesterday. Progress on all wxercises. Big test is tomorrow with legs and squats. #builtafter40
May need to change to x3 a week training and/or increasing rep range from 4-6. Next couple of sessions will tell.
Added 100cals daily this week. Now around 800cals over my cutting macros from 2-3 months ago! Mostly carbs.
Another good day in the gym. Chest,tris, calves. Weight or reps added to every exercise. Bulk really working.
