At least I have more time n lockdown to write & cook. Did this yesterday cheese, potato & onion pie with mini Cajun chicken.
I've just wrote a chapter opening. "The sky was a dirty grey and clung to the atmosphere like a vast encompassing canvas." Then looked out the window & it is grey! Just another rainy day in England
I love cooking as well as dining & cooked lots of dishes over the years. But cooked my first frittata yesterday. What you think? Came out perfect first time, prawn frittata with onions, peppers & tomatoes

Watching the rich like Trump, Dr. Phil, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Dr. Oz sit in their safe houses telling Americans it's safe to go to work and sacrifice your family's so we make $ must feel like the "Let them eat cake" moment shortly before the French Revolution.

I've got time to indulge my cooking in lockdown. Just done chicken breast in homemade garlic, mustard & lemon marinade on a bed of Mediterranean vegetables with herb & garlic butter potatoes.
