Senior Girls DT at @clairescourt, a vibrant independent day school in Maidenhead for boys and girls from age 2 in our Nursery School to 18 in Sixth Form.
Reindeer have already arrived at #CCSeniorGirls with these creations using sustainably sourced timber and recycled golf balls that would have ended up as landfill! They are all unique and each have a name too. Made by Year 7 to 9. #CCCreators
#CCSGYear10 enjoyed creating a one lesson vacuum forming project in their #CCDT lesson this afternoon as part of their GCSE Design and Technology course. #CCLoveOfLearning
#CCSeniorBoys and #CCSeniorGirls joined a national student advisory panel online, hosted by @LolConway1 of the @DTassoc. They shared their #CCLoveOfLearning and enjoyment of #CCDT by joining in the discussion - with moments of serious concentration too!
The weather was right for a spin around our #CCRadioCar club track to set new lap times. A mixture of cars today with two built at #CCSeniorBoys and the rest 'private' cars. The #CCSeniorGirls also came over from their #CCDT activity to try out their driving skills. #CCBelong
#CCSGYear9 girls have been brazing mild steel today in #CCDT. While temperatures outside were cooler today, this wasn't the case inside as the brazing process requires temperatures towards 1000°C! #CCCreators
