What came out very loud and clear at this nursery I visited was a message of hope. Investing in good early child development is likely to lead to better health; and to greater productivity and a more skilled, more educated workforce. And a better, more socially cohesive country.

New data released by @DWP today clearly shows that the two-child limit is impacting more an more children every year. A policy that impacts 1 in 9 children, and is known to pull families into poverty should be first in line to be scrapped by @UKLabour and @leicesterliz.
I can't get past the fact that £1 in every £4 paid by local councils to CareTech goes to investors, instead of paying for the care of children and young people.
