We, the workers of the Center for Law and Social Policy (@CLASP_DC), have decided to form a union! We are primarily workers of color, and many of us were hired for our lived experience with poverty and other social issues that CLASP works on.

It has now been 25 days since we notified @CLASP_DC organizational leadership of our intent to unionize. We are eager to begin bargaining and working with our management for a stronger CLASP, internally and externally. While we wait, learn more about why staff are organizing⬇️
