At the weekend, College gathered for a #Remembrance Service to remember those who have died in conflict. The service included hymns, anthems, readings, and prayers led by Rev Rosie Amess. Today, College observed a two minute silence at 11.00am during an Act of Remembrance.

College was delighted to open our doors on Saturday for #HeritageOpenDays 2024 🤩 Students dressed up as characters from the #MurderMostUnladylike series by alumnae Robin Stevens. CLC inspired Robin's "Deepdean School" and visitors toured many places which feature in the novels.

This week on Instagram and Facebook we're celebrating #STEAM. In light of this, here is a great photo of the 'The New Science Wing' which was featured in the 1905 CLC magazine. #Science was introduced by Dorothea Beale in the 1860s, despite societal and parental opposition.
Ahead of the Women's 10km Marathon Swimming tomorrow at the @Olympics, here is a photo of a CLC #swimming lesson in 1950. Prior to this photo during #WW2, the pool had been boarded over to create extra space for lessons after College buildings were requisitioned. #Olympics #Sport
