Yesterday we attended the Our World Juniors Premiere & Awards Ceremony in Glasgow — part of SCILT’s “Our World” language learning + filmmaking project. Out of 100+ entries, Carrick Academy was one of just 17 schools selected to showcase their films. Big moment! #LanguageLearning

From 11th April, some of our volunteers will be running the Charity Shop to raise funds for the Paris Trip. If you can donate any items, please hand into school office.
Congratulations to S1 pupils Emma Rankin (1B), Sophie Brown (1R) and Elsa Galea (1R), and S2 pupils Grace Gibson Muircroft (2B), Becket Cornell (2B) and Taylor Carry (2Y) who have all been successful in progressing to the next round of the Our World competition.
As we said “au revoir” to Paris last night, Angus gave us a fantastic performance, dedicated to Mr Rusk - merci beaucoup Angus, c’était génial! 👏👏👏 @Carrick_Academy @music_carrick
