Controversial question: What do you think a doctor should do when they don't trust a patient? If they have a strong feeling that they're being lied to/manipulated but no concrete evidence to back it up? Curious about the ethics.

Interesting piece on deprescribing in epilepsy. Issues strike me as similar in some ways to psychosis, tho w/ even less relevant evidence. Sadly article doesn't touch on deprescribing when seizures turn out to be nonepileptic... sometimes tricky/not done. jamanetwork.com/journals/jaman…
