@xbrowsertesting - Brilliant. Wish I found them sooner. We spend a LOT of time testing across OS & browsers. They make that job much easier.
Some clients will have noticed a slow down over the last 12 minutes due to a DDOS attack on another client in the DC. This is now resolved.
All services are now accessible. We will investigate the source of the disruption (as much as we can when outside our control) and report.
Field report... the team are almost at resolution and we'll be back on the air soon.
Connectivity issues upstream from our systems are interrupting service. We have all of our team looking at this now and will advise shortly.
Firewall upgrade complete with zero recorded down time. Close monitoring will continue.

DNS Services restored and stable as of Sunday 2:40am. Just gave the go-ahead to implement level 11 DNS redundnacy.
