We have been making spooky haunted houses using the junk modelling this morning.
Children are enjoying there free flow choosing time these children are playing in the wraparound room.
This morning for our maths activity we started to make a repeated pattern of red and green bricks by passing a bag of bricks around the circle to music. The child that was holding the bag when the music stopped took out a brick and placed it in the pattern or back in the bag.

We are using soft art pastels to sketch a basket of fruit from the book Handa’s surprise.
We have been counting the claps in each of these African animals to find out how many syllables each on has in its name. Then we fed each one to the lion.
We have been making parachutes this morning. Just waiting for the rain to dry so we can try them outside.
Today we have been printing with peppers. We have been matching the peppers to the correct colour paint.
The children are having lots of fun in the wraparound room this morning.
What a fantastic first day we have had in the wraparound. Can’t wait for tomorrow.😀😀😀
