The right body split is key! For me you need at least 48 hours between pressing days (shoulder/chest) and legs/pull days (due to lower back)
Low rep strength training can be a great way to create trauma on the CNS to activate more motor units. IF you know how to properly!
By default if you press frequently you'll have internal rotation issues. Make sure you focus on posterior chain work as frequently 👍

Your "priority" supplements should focus on health, well being and longevity. Not sexy but necessary.
To get bigger arms don't forget about your triceps!!! They account for 66% of total upper arm size. It's not all about curls 😜👍
