A hill I’m willing to die on: If I order #coffee and it comes with milk and sugar already added, it’s the restaurant that’s wrong. Also, I’m now skeptical of payment systems that ask for a tip before the order is complete.

Today I learned that @Uber can cancel a request to charge you surge pricing and there’s no way to reach a person to dispute it.
Accidentally hung up on the first @Wayfair customer service rep who was remotely helpful. Called back to apologize so he wouldn’t think he’d done a bad job. I’ve been on hold for over an hour.

Hey @wmata / @wmataGM, you have 4 buses serving the same line over a 30 minute window. 2 buses arrive 1 min apart and then it’s a 20+ min wait for another 2 buses to arrive 1 min apart. Admittedly I’m not some fancy bus scientist but… #Metrobus #wmata #fancybusscientist
