IST and Orion still investigating why our external routing is still going via London and Windsor to get to the Toronto Internet Exchange.
No progress on fixing external Internet connection. Traceroute www.nrc.ca still taking the long way (London->Windsor->Toronto) to go east.

No news from IST yet, however at least some of our UW Internet traffic is still getting to Toronto via Windsor. So the problem still exists.
UW's external Internet service has degraded to 30% of capacity, affecting traffic between UW and offsite. IST and ORION are investigating.
