Nebraska ITS has scheduled maintenance this Saturday from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This will cause intermittent outages to all services in the Datacenter which includes SSO, SailPoint, TrueYou Self Service, Grouper, and the F5 which handles all load balancing and routing.
Phones are having issues. We are keeping them up but are waiting for a part from the vendor. If calls fail, wait a minute and try again. Apologies.

Aug 2 - The CSC self-service portal campuspassword.csc.edu will be down 0800-1200 MDT for upgrades. The new service uses the Microsoft Online Password Reset. Employees & students are strongly encouraged to verify their account security settings in M365 (aka O365) afterward.
On July 31st Microsoft will retire Skype for Business. The CSC Information Technology Department encourages all Skype for Business users to transition to Microsoft Teams as soon as possible.
The planned upgrades have been completed and all services are restored. Thank you for your patience.
The new voicemail system install has been completed. Please verify your voicemail and report issues to the Helpdesk.
The Phone Controller Upgrade has been completed. Cursor in the top right corner? Restart your phone and it will go back to normal. Contact Helpdesk for assistance.

Today's scam email was a good reminder to hover over links and question if any email or attachment is legitimate if you were not expecting it. If it says OneDrive and takes you to DropBox or shows Tahiti in the link, it is not legitimate!
To use Sakai, Office 365 and Zoom during the maintenance window, please log in before 7:30AM on Sunday. To log in to PeopleSoft during the maintenance window, please use your NUID/password. Please contact the CSC IT Helpdesk with any questions before Friday, May 3rd at 4:30PM.
