If you're a front end dev, then "CSS Secrets" by the one and only @LeaVerou is a must read
For CSS, I would always refer to CSS Secrets by @LeaVerou. The first time I found about the book was in 2015 and it holds the same value as it did back then.

I love that @keithjgrant’s @CSSinDepth book has box-sizing awareness as the inlay; before anything, even the table of contents, you are informed about box-sizing. @chriscoyier and @paul_irish would be proud!
