A study from @pedrocattle explored how feed efficiency affected beef quality. Efficient cattle ate less feed & maintained growth but produced slightly less juicy meat. For beef production to be sustainable, efficiency & quality must be balanced. Read: doi.org/10.1093/jas/sk…
