This is exactly what I feared would happen. The Billionaire PBMs try to make up the losses on states that have not passed reform. There will be a quick race to the bottom resulting in accelerating community pharmacy closures and spreading pharmacy deserts. We need national PBM…
Ever since the Arkansas bill passed, payments from ESI and Caremark on generics has plummeted for me. I think states that don't have good PBM laws take a hit. These payments are unrealistic. Payed $3.0 total to fill 5 medications 30 days. That's ludicrous.
