In theory you can mimic breathing underwater by finding air pockets under things..you can set up buckets or something on the surface to hide your body while still seeming like you're underwater for too long to others.

Very good if we can make it into a gas and throw it into a crowd..it's especially good if it can cause a big fight, gets us alot of distraction.
