I’m in awe of people who directly ask others to do something. I start by apologizing for bothering them, ask if they’d mind if I ask a question, reassure there’s no rush but WHEN THEY HAVE A CHANCE, could they move their car because it’s on my foot? Then I worry I made them mad.
The gym isn’t just about looking good. It also gives you the strength, mobility and confidence in yourself to do the things that bring you joy. I hope you find a bit of joy today, whatever that looks like for you. I hope you know you’re worth the effort to find it 💙

Happy Sunday! I went to the gym, took a walk in the sunshine, hung out in the hammock and got myself a (nonalcoholic) treat from the grocery store. Now to enjoy some bonus time with my kiddos 🥰 It’s amazing how much can change in just a few years.
The best part of being a muscle mommy is being able to carry my no-longer-a-baby upstairs when he falls asleep on the couch 🥰
