Survey results show that the 17 no-cost Statewide Training sessions we held in 2024–25 were useful—and likely to be recommended to a colleague—for many attendees. Thank you to everyone who attended our trainings; we have many more professional learning opportunities to come!

In the 2024–25 school year, the CalECSE Network delivered 17 statewide trainings to 2,679 attendees, including district admins, school psychologists, preschool special education specialists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, Deaf & Hard of Hearing specialists & more.

Our Communities of Practice had an overwhelmingly positive response, with more than 94% of survey respondents saying they would recommend attending a CoP to a colleague. We hope to foster even more productive collaboration, build community & share best practices in 2025-26!

Our Communities of Practice (CoPs) were a huge hit in the 2024–25 school year, bringing together 747 early childhood special education partners across 11 regions to collaborate with fellow practitioners and share best practices. Thank you to everyone who attended our CoPs!

As we look back on our Building Bridges Symposium, it’s clear the experience was as meaningful to our attendees as it was to us! Our survey results overwhelmingly indicated that attendees learned something new to help them improve their work in early childhood special education.

One of our memorable highlights of the 2024-25 school year was hosting our Building Bridges Symposium, which brought together professionals from across the state for networking & training designed to build capacity & support best practices in early childhood special education.
