Our woman of many talents, Arlene, kick-starts Coffee Morning for the residents with her delicious home-made cakes! The monthly coffee morning provides the opportunity for residents to be made aware of and discuss any issues, concerns and the ongoing service we supply.
Call Alfred is delighted to announce that Cecilia Nunn will be working with us as an External Consultant. Cecilia will work closely with our key stakeholders (external and internal) as part of our strategy towards next-stage growth!
Exciting things happening at Call Alfred as Arlene takes on the role of House Manager at Falcon House on a full time basis! Her background in care, in addition to her exceptionally enthusiastic nature and positive outlook have already greatly endeared Arlene to our clients!

The Edinburgh weather was definitely a shocker. With roads, schools flooded. But I loved how my son and his friends came home with no shoes on and walking in the water up past their anckles, full of smiles and waves, it was the highlight of my day & clearly his also :D
