Just Eat Courier Support is utter shit!!! Over 30 minutes I’ve been trying to resolve a delivery and your team is utter useless!! They are quick to end the chat and you can’t call anyone as your chat team are based in India and take forever to respond!! Utter useless !!!

@JustEatUK I have been trying to get a complaint resolved since the 14th November. My daughter is neurodiverse and has not had a refund on what was an abomination of an order from @McDonalds. She is out of pocket by £36 and I want this resolving instead of being fobbed off!!!
