A prayer for when someone bumps into our happy today... Dear Lord, please help me pause and allow the Holy Spirit to intervene when I want to react in ways that don’t glorify You. Even when I’m caught off guard, may Your love and patience be the spillover from my heart. Amen.
The best way I’ve found to start recognizing the Lord’s whispers in my heart is by getting into His Word and letting His Word get into me. The more Scripture I memorize, the more clearly I hear Him.

I know what it's like to wish with every fiber of your heart that you could erase parts of your story. But staying stuck in trying to wish something away will cause us to miss the beauty of what is... and, even better, giving glory to God for what can be.

When you wake up in the morning, don’t meet with anyone until you first meet with God. Take time to thank Him for the day, thank Him for who He is, thank Him that He’s the giver of all good things, your protector, your provider, your healer, your way-maker.
In the crushing circumstance you’re facing, God is close. He cares deeply about the sadness we feel, the pain we experience and the heartache that keeps us up at night.
Forgiving someone doesn't mean we’ll feel instant joy or relief. But it does mean we're taking the right steps to walk toward healing. So instead of making feeling good my goal, I'm learning to make healing my goal. And forgiveness is always healing in the right direction.
God often does His most powerful work in the unseen places. Keep hoping. Keep praying. Keep watching for His hand.
Everyone makes mistakes in life. Everyone falls. Don’t see yourself as a failure; see yourself as a learner. Keep getting back up and move forward in faith.
God can handle all of the things we know we can’t. He is our possible in the midst of what can sometimes feel so impossible. And we can place our hope in Him. “Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.” Psalm 25:5
God’s power is made perfect in our weakness.
Trust God. Trust His character. Trust that He loves you. Trust that He has a plan for your life.
End your night with Jesus. Start your day with Jesus. Continue it with Jesus. Whatever you do, do it with Jesus.
