Being a founder means you have to accept looking foolish in the short-term to win long-term.

Picking the right co-founder will make or break your startup. This is not a decision you want to make quickly, as picking the wrong one will set you back years.

It’s astonishing to me how many of my founder friends still aren’t taking advantage of AI. It’s a reminder that if you’re taking the time to learn and understand it right now, you’re still insanely early.

Raising money is often not the answer for early-stage startups. Unless you truly have PMF, don’t do it. There are likely deeper rooted problems, and raising money will only disguise these problems and delay (and guarantee) the company’s failure.

Founding a startup is a long-term game. If you’re in it for the money or fame, your motivation will quickly dwindle.

The market doesn’t owe you anything. You are where you are because of your own decisions. Learn from your mistakes and never give up.

Shoutout to all the founders trying to make the world a better place. Don’t forget why you started

Building the right team as a startup founder can make you or break you

I wish the best for all other founders out there today. The SVB failure is a massive hit to startups and I can’t imagine how stressed everyone is

Don’t get caught up in the VC-backed “growth at all costs” hype. Get your company to profitability.

Startups are so fun. The highs are very high and the lows are very low. Wouldn’t want it any other way!

Startup founders must be willing to look foolish to others if they want to succeed. The drive must come from within, not from others opinions.

When you realize it’s possible to pre-sell your product, everything changes

To my fellow founders, just put one foot in front of the other. Just another day of getting the work done. The journey is what matters.

Being a startup founder is a balance between going as fast as you can everyday but still having patience and understanding that good things take time

Keep doing the boring stuff consistently, even when things are starting to pick up. Don’t take your foot off the gas!!

As a startup founder, you need to inspire the people you work with. When everyone is aligned on the same purpose, that’s a dangerous team

“Realistic” shouldn’t be a part of your startups culture. Aspire to shatter expectations if you truly want to change the world
