i have some really bad GERD. it sucks, i fixed it for now but i'm sure it will come back. shouldnt have ate that junk yesterday, now i'm paying for it.
in mykonos now, relaxing and pretty much doing nothing. need to power down a bit and this is the perfect place to do it
so we uprooted ourselves and moved to spain..a bit of a different twist but we'll see how long it lasts. mallorca (majorca) and down the street from my in laws house
no afib since ablation blanking period ended, am i home free or what? had my check up today and better yet, i'm back in the air with no issues
I love being retired and i like not doing CME's much better. i hated that crap, it's such a racket
honestly not much shocks me after over 30 years in uniform but today does. I'm usually a solutions guy, but i dont have a solution. why do we all hate each other? i just dont know. i remember a time we could viciously disagree but didnt kill each other

literally hot as balls out, the moment i stepped outside work i broke into a sweat. thank the lord for air conditioned vehicles. had the crap blasting all the way home
so i made it home (finally) nothing like an extra 2 weeks added on to a one week trip
yay...finally going home at some point. was getting worried i would be stuck here awhile with all going on
can they stop the bombs, missiles and shit so i can go home now? i would really like air travel to resume
sometimes better to start all over on twitter, it's a bit liberating and my feeds are much cleaner as well
back on twitter, but mostly for news and a few follows. original account was getting very cluttered with garbage
