The NDIS overhaul is basically to screw over people with disabilities under the guise of to stop rorting by providers. Many of us already knew this was the end game when Shorten teamed up with Hanson.
My kids speechie provides therapy to a 13 yo girl with muscular dystrophy, she's non speaking. NDIS have said since she has a wheelchair and a communication device, she's now functional for her disability. No longer on the NDIS. Single mother can't afford incontinence needs.
