In what has become a yearly tradition for @TalleyTrustee and I the last couple years, it’s always great to attend the @CastletonUMC Fish Fry!
Today’s food drive at 75th/Shadeland amidst a downpour was unlike anything else! Thanks to @CastletonUMC , @GleanersFBIndy , Pastor Matt Landry, @JoeGGarrison and all the volunteers for all the hard work today. We delivered food to about 500 families despite the horrible weather!
Everyone is welcome who needs food in our community. No requirements or criteria. Just pull up and load up.
We are so grateful to partner this summer with Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana Inc. and Castleton United Methodist Church to bring a Mobile Food Bank to 75th and Shadeland.
The Shadeland mobile food bank will be at the 75th and Shadeland Shopping Center.
Check out the schedule for summer locations of the CARE Mobile Food Pantry, made possible by Gleaners Food Bank. CARE Mobiles are open to the public and will be at four locations in Indianapolis. Mobiles will operate June 1 through August 31, 2023. One location is @CastletonUMC!
