As AI tools continue to develop and creep their way into our lives, it becomes vital to develop skills the 'hard way'. Focus on your fundamentals and don't use any shortcuts. You might lose some speed. But you'll gain something else: A mind that still knows how to think.

They need to invent the opposite of a gym. You go there and you just get more frail and sickly. Maybe instead of lifting you just sit in a cold dark room and starve
2 months and 2 weeks in. Definitely seen some big gains, I finally got volume on my pecs and I definitely feel healthier and stockier. Damn if people told me it only took this short to see results I probs would've started earlier.

Ok. This year I am gonna treat my body better. I should really start working out to get my ideal body, I should really treat my body better. Its been years since I neglected it and its incredibly frustrating cause I know I can get to what I consider my ideal shape.
